Offset: Sniper Monkey cost and upgrade cost increased by 5%

750 Reduces tower and upgrade cost by 5%.
750 Attack Speed increased by 10%
750 Increases the duration of the shurikens
1750 Creates a shadow double of the Ninja Monkey that will spawn in random locations within the tower's range for a few seconds
